Landscapes

My goal with landscapes is to create renewed enthusiasm for familiar places. Many of my landscape paintings are of Hawaii because that’s where I live.

This Gallery also includes paintings of California, Oregon, Washington, New York, South Carolina, Texas, Ohio, and Utah.

Portraits

My goal with portraits is to provide families with memories that are more personal and long-lasting than photographs. It doesn’t take many years for printed photographs to age and fade. Acrylic portraits will last almost indefinitely. Your children can pass them on to their children.

Hawaii History

Much of Hawaii’s unique and fascinating history can be found in its buildings. This Gallery includes paintings of buildings that are an important part of Hawaii’s history, and the paintings appear in the chronological order in which the buildings were built.

Paintings Based on Photographs

Many of my paintings are based on photographs taken by the customer, myself, or others. This photograph of Astronaut James Irwin on the moon was taken by fellow Astronaut David Scott.
